By placing an order with ChangeMyLens.com, you confirm:
– You are 16 years of age or older.
– You have a valid prescription issued by a licensed optometrist within the past two years. A copy may be requested.
– You provide accurate prescription details as requested.

3. **Pricing and Payment**
– Prices listed at the time of your order, along with any delivery charges, are payable in full before processing.
– Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

4. **Delivery and Ownership**
– Goods will be supplied as per your order. Ownership is transferred once payment is completed.
– Free standard delivery is provided for frames sent to us. Customers may choose recorded delivery for added tracking.

5. **Liability**
– All services, including lens fitting, are provided at your own risk. While we take utmost care, we cannot be held liable for damage to frames during the reglazing process.
– If damage occurs, we offer repair, discounted replacement frames, or a full refund.

6. **Returns and Refunds**
– Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt in original condition. Proof of postage is required for tracking.
– Refunds or replacements are issued upon inspection of returned goods.

7. **General**
– If any term is deemed invalid, the remaining terms will still apply.
